organization. You are required to give an IATA (ARC) or CLIA
number. If you do not have either but are a legitimate travel
industry organization, you can email agents@Indian-hotels.co.uk.com
with a brief company profile. If your profile is acceptable,
you will be given a special user name.
How
do I pay for the hotel?
All reservations are prepaid for the room plus any taxes or
fees, and a charge/credit card is needed to book the room.
How
do I make a reservation for someone else?
To complete a reservation for someone else, simply type in
his or her name instead of yours for guest name. Use the billing
address for the credit card you are using as the address.
How
do I know my reservation is confirmed?
We will send you a confirmation email after you complete your
reservation. This email will include the dates of your reservation
and the price.
When is the commission actually generated?
A commission is generated when the guest fulfills the reservation
by consuming the room, i.e. staying the actual number of nights
booked. The commission then gets processed to a pay period
30 days after the guest has checked out. Commission checks
are mailed to you on the 15th of each month following each
pay period.
How often will I receive a commission
check?
Providing that you have generated commissions greater than
$25 USD/Rs 3000 during the pay period, you will receive a
check on the 15th of the following month. All total commissions
under $25 USD/Rs 3000 will be accrued in your account until
they reach $25 USD/Rs 3000 at which time a check will be mailed.
I
am located in Europe; will my commissions be paid in Euros?
All commissions are paid in US Dollars, Euros and Indian Rupees.
